Foundation Funding (DocuSign below)

Requests to purchase/reimbursement (ie. supplies, food, equipment) begin with completing our Foundation Purchase Reimbursement Request Form.
The signed purchase request form needs to be accompanied by a printed screenshot of the desired item and submitted to the budget officer for processing and ordering. Food order requests need to be accompanied by an invoice for payment or reimbursement.
Please begin food orders at least one week in advance.
Allow up to three weeks for delivery of requested items.
Purchases are approved based on allowability, applicability, and the availability of funds.
