  • Most graduate schools will require a 3.0 GPA for admission.
  • It is very difficult to raise your GPA after receiving non-passing grades.

Honesty Policy

Any student found guilty of academic dishonesty will fail the course and a letter will be placed in the student’s file in the Music Office. “Academy Dishonesty” includes: cheating, plagiarism, abuse of academic materials, stealing and lying. If a student is found guilty of a second infraction of academic dishonesty, he or she will be brought to the attention of the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and will face expulsion.
