Reports
The Reports feature of the Zoom is a powerful tool that provides also allows members of the account the ability to review attendance reports and polling information for their meetings and webinars.
How to Run a Zoom Report
Navigate to your Canvas Course. Open the Zoom link in Course Navigation.
Select Previous Meetings tab. Navigate to the desired meeting, click Report
The Meeting Report tab will give you attendance information about the Zoom meeting.
The Poll Report tab will give you information about poll questions and how attendees answered the poll.
Note about Reports:
- Recently ended meetings may take up to 30 minutes to show in reports.
- Reports can be retrieved for the last 12 months, with a search range of up to one month at a time.
- If a meeting is not started in 30 days and is batch deleted by Zoom, the reports for the meeting are also deleted.
For Polling Reports:
- If “only authenticated users can join” was enabled and the poll was not anonymous, it will list the participants' names and email addresses as they appear on your roster.
- If “only authenticated users can join” was not enabled, it will show the results, but list the users as "Guest" or the name they used when they signed in to Zoom (this may or may not be the information that matches your course roster).
- If the poll was anonymous, it will show "anonymous" for the participants' names and email addresses.
